The Hydratec Story (About Us)
Hydratec began producing software for the fire protection industry in 1972 as part of a local engineering design service company. Our expertise has been gained through its experience in the service business, its staff, and input from its valued customers. This expertise has allowed Hydratec to become a leader in software applications for the sprinkler industry, as well as a leader in automatic sprinkler system layout, design, and analysis.
Hydratec's Software Systems
The sprinkler industry is a specialized contracting business with engineering, and sales requirements all its own. These requirements are dictated by unique design, fabrication, and installations procedures.
Hydratec software packages are fully integrated engineering systems written with a complete and working knowledge of the applications as it pertains to your industry.

Hydratec's staff includes graduates from both engineering and programming disciplines, allowing us to design effective software for you and your company.
The software system being used in your office is the same system used at Hydratec's office by our staff. This way, there is no part of the system that our staff is unfamiliar with, and any question can be answered quickly and efficiently.

From Manchester Airport (MHT) - approx. 20 min- Follow signs to the airport exit - Route 293
- Stay straight, this will take you onto Brown Avenue.
- Follow Brown Ave. for about two miles to Interstate 293 South. Take right onto 293.
- Follow 293 for about three miles, to Interstate 93 South.
- Take Exit 3 (Windham - North Salem) Route 111 West.
- Take right at the end of the ramp. Go through five traffic lights. About 1/4 mile after the fifth light we are a grey farmhouse with white trim on the right, on the corner of Meetinghouse Road and Route 111. If you get to a sixth light (NH Route 128) you have gone too far, turn around, we are at the top of the hill.
- Take Sumner Tunnel (Route 1A South) to Interstate 93 North.
- After 30 minutes or so, you will cross border into New Hampshire.
- Take Exit 3 (Windham - North Salem) Route 111 West.
- Take left at light at end of ramp. Go through six more lights. About 1/4 mile after the sixth light we are a grey farmhouse with white trim on the right, on the corner of Meetinghouse Road and Route 111. If you get to a seventh light (NH Route 128) you have gone too far, turn around, we are at the top of the hill.
If you do not have a vehicle and need a shuttle to your hotel, try Flightline from either the Manchester or Boston airports.
Driving to Hydratec:
Driving North or South on Route 93, get off at Exit 3 (Windham - North Salem) and take Route 111 West. Not counting the traffic light and the end of the Exit 3 - 93 North ramp, stay on route 111 through five traffic lights.
